Just wondered if any one knows of a way to stop irrtaiton in the pubic region after shaving or a preventative technique?
try a little baby oil.
I've always wondered though, if sunflower oil is made from sunflowers and olive oil is made from olives and vegitable oil is made from vegitables, what baby oil made from?
Vaseline intensive care body lotion - works for me.
I use hair conditioner to shave with instead of foam or gel as well.

I used to use mach 3 but moved on to the quattro - it does give a slightly better 'finish' (for want of a better word) for me.

as a bloke, i use it all the time, all over, only time it ever stung was when i used it straight after shaving. with out getting to graphic , it also reaches parts razors cant go, not when ya doing it yaself anyway.
Do it after you've been in the bath for a little, always use a new razor and sensitive shaving gel then plenty of baby lotion afterwards
Call me wierd (I'm used to it) but I find shaving dry much better for my skin than lots of creams and lotions.

Thanks everyone i will experiment with your tips
the best advice i ever got for preventing a rash is to never shave against the grain. Me old dad didnt tell me that of course - had to hear it from a friend lol .... doesnt get as smooth though but no more nasty rash thank fook!
well - i just thought i'd have my 'tuppence' worth hehehehe
ok,
here we go again, razorantium from lush with a quatro for the face, veet bikini for lower .................................
Oh and smooth (moisturiser) from FCUK for both afterwards !

Try using talc powder and a disposable razor. Have wet shaved and rash every time but talc seems to work great.
How do the guys go about shaving their erm......sack....
I tend to get quite nervous when doing that area and end up not leaving it properly shaven and thus very untidy.....
Electrolisis giving it a go, and seems to be working well in reducing growth and thickness so means i dont have sheve below as often
