I have just discovered a product called 'somerset oils' a shaving oil, comes in a tiny little pyramid shaped bottle. you wet your beard and apply about three drop, rub it in and wait 30 seconds before shaving. I was hugely scepical but when I started to shave, the hair just came away, no foam at all so you could see clearly where you had or hadnt shaved. Gave a very good shave as well. Sruck me that with the non foaming aspect this may help those who shave their intimate parts. The oil actually softens the hair, and the blade meets little resistance.
Well I was impressed and it takes some doing for someone who hates shaving and has tried loads of products.
sounds amazing!! where did you find this genius invention? i want some!!!
I use this! The bottle lasts for ages and you can get it for all kinds of hair - strengths I mean not where it is on your bod! There is a sensitive one for those whose skin has probs with oils, creams etc.
And cos it's oil you don't have to fath about with lotion afterwards!
I buy my mine from tradex but Morrisons soemtimes stock it.
And yes it is good for anyone wanting to shave more than their pits or legs! (looking from a female perspective obviously! - tho I am not saying you fellas shouldn't shave your pits !))
There's another brand called 'king of shaves' which you can get at boots, or Superdrug too. Tiny little bottles of shaving oil. I haven't tried them ,but hubby has.
I use the Mach 3 razor with the movable head to shave those difficult areas. I could never do it with a double blade.
They tried to bring out a 4 blade razor, but it was so lethal they had to cover the blades with safety wire, which by all means made the razor useless. Last I saw, they were giving them away in the post.
Mach 3 is the best. Anybody else find this?
I have tried all sorts to reduce the hair on my face and body.
The best one after many years, but for me the best is just hot water and Nivea for Men Sensitive Foam. I have tried King of Shaves for several months and the oil but this one works best for me.I can get a very good shave with that and the 3d Wlikinson swoard blades. No more than that the four blades are like taking a barer blade across the
We are all different and all have trouble from time to time.
So is a bit of trial and error. Most of the time its ok.
And plenty of very cold water afterwards.
