Your not feeling sorry for your self now are your?
Think I wont vote but feel saddened always that different people having views can end up with offence taken. This site is for all which means we are all different and sometimes we need to just take a deep breath, realise that maybe we can offend and well as be offended. None of us are perfect but all of us have a responsibility for making this forum a place where people want to join in and make it work. Putting this up will just spark another round of self doubt in some peeps which I thought had gone away again. If you are really genuine why not just give it a rest and join in and have some fun? This is a brilliant place when you take the right steps to just join in the banter.

gooners I think you need to stop over analysing things. If you enjoy this forum then you should join in and have fun. If you don't then you should move on. But joining in means getting involved in other peoples conversations. Not constantly starting new ones about yourself.

TBH, gooners, we really couldn't care whether you stayed or went. It's your decision and no-one is holding a gun to your head.
We're too busy having a laugh anyway, so we probably wouldn't notice you'd left.
If you are going to stay though, get involved in the threads, have fun and stop feeling so bloody sorry for yourself.
Can we have a third option 'Who gives a toss either way'?

hell yeah why not - every other bugger has!
just make sure you follow the corect flouncing procedure though -
your 'leaving' post must include
*thanks to the lovely people who make the site what it is
* a personal dig at whoever it was that pissed you off - worded in such a way as so that everyone knows who you're on about without you mentioning their name but still allowing a little guess work for those who need to PM a mod for the gossip.
If you return within 24 hours, you must post a list of all the lovely folk who persuaded you to stay and give them all yuor heartfelt thanks for being the best friends you ever had and promises to snog them at the next Munch.
if you return more than 24 hours later, your de-flouncing post should include a blow-by-blow account of how you grew your thick skin in order to come back to the site (which you didn't really leave 'cos you couldn't resist peeking in to see who was slagging off who and of course, to check those lovely "we love you, don't leave" PM's.
Alternatively, you could attempt to register under a new name and start afresh with a new (preferably inoffensive) personality!
when you do return, don't forget to take the piss out of yourself at every available opportunity!
See you soon!
I really don't understand this 'leaving/staying/flouncing out' thing at all. No-one has to do anything. You choose to register but you don't get forced to reconsider that choice.
You can log in when you browse - or not. You can read posts for months without replying or posting yourself - or you can post every 5 minutes. It's up to you.
There are no rules. Do exactly as you like. Nobody is watching.
Jezzay.
