I couldnt give a fuck if bridge shakes terry's hand. all i care about is how teh fuck did we lose that game!
also, the fucking tabloids. on teh one hand doing evrything they can to unstable any england paper in order to sell papers and on teh other rallying behind england to sell papers. are the general p[ublic really that stupid????

yes
If the female wasn't with the first guy any more it's nobodies business who she shags. OK, you'd expect to wait until the sheets cooled after the break-up but an ex is an ex from the moment the ex'ing happpens. There is no 'decent interval' or mourning period for goodness sake. They weren't even engaged as far as I heard - they were just boyfriend and girlfriend.
He may not have wanted her to shag someone else but he had no right to object. She was no longer his business. Or are we buying into the neanderthal idea that he had rights over her after their relationship ended?
As for not shaking hands - I saw it and they both appeared to avoid acknowledging the other. That was a) pathetic and b) unsportsmanlike. At which point they should both have been removed from current and future England lists.
It's only a child's game with far too much money in it (and apprently too many adolescents) - but being chosen for the National team in any sport is an honour and should be treated as such.
very well put foxy, i totally agree

He had every right to object. John Terry is his friend, Wayne Bridge has every right to say "You now what mate that was a bit quick" or "You know I still had feelings for her why did you do that". He then has every right not to be John Terrys friend anymore should he so choose.
Playing for England is whatever it means to you the individual. Its not a paid position and its not conscription so Wayne Bridge has every right to say no to playing for England for whatever reason he chooses.
From what I can see Wayne Bridge has made no fuss about this. He does not want to be John Terrys friend or play for England. His choices his rights, live with it.
