Hi all
Been a member for quite a time now, although I had to register again (forgot login details). Male 44yrs married.
I would be interested in the comments of others regarding not being able to pluck up the courage to take the SH lifestyle to the next stage. Myself I just read a lot of the posts thinking that one day maybe.
If there are others in a similar situation it would be great to discuss the issue.
Dave
Is your wife up for some swinging fun ?
She would not be interested in the scene.
so what do you fancy trying ?
Stay as you are.
Some people like the shy, quiet type.
Did you ask her.... or are you looking for a bit on the side rotflmao

I'm shy! *holds up hand*
As a bisexual woman in a longterm hetro relationship (with a child i might add), with a hubby that will not share, I getting very frustrated!!
However as much as I'd love to meet a special lady for girlie fun and friendship, I'm held back by thoughts like "Will she think I'm wasting her time?" "will she excuse my crinkly post baby belly?" "will she be prepared to accept my current situation?" and many more doubts and thoughts!!
Im a nightmare sad
Oh how I miss girlies.....

Has anyone told you that you think too much? I mean put the serious thought into when its going to happen, where and the protection side of things. Don't fill yaself with doubts, just say fcuk it and dive in head first. Do you really want to spend life regretting not doing things? Or regretting things that you have actually done and achieved? Put an ad up, mention your situation vividly (if their interested more they'll ask) and get something going instead of holding back.

You may have a very valid point there! Have been told on many an occasion that I think too much.
Now about that ad.....

I feel exactly the same, though I think a lot of my reluctance comes from being so new to the whole thing. I've decided that if I stick around for long enough, I'll know whether or not I want to take it beyond the stage of simply being a very exciting idea. For the moment though, I'm happy enough just to think about it (even if it is slightly frustrating!).
