Hi all...
Been and bought a phone one that can be used without a pc connection and as hard as i try can't seem to make it do what its supposed to do lol.. i.e make free phone calls to other users.
My brother lives abroad in india and as calls are mega dear at times and thought it would be a dodle to set up.. trouble is whenever he calls me it still tries the pc and NOT the phone lol..
Anyone else using ??? Any bother??

Did you install the drivers for the handset?
Have a look under devices in control panel/system to see if it's listed and working. You might also have to set the options in to use the handset instead of the pc speakers and mic.
