Forget the moths - it's the wasps that annoy me! My mum, bro and sis are still up watching the Olympics then they all run out the room like it's on fire or something. I'm the one that had to get rid of the damn thing..... I don't like them myself!
I tell you, we have a good old nature reserve in this house. Spiders (big black ones), moths, crane fly things, wasps - you name it and we've probably had it in here!

i may be able to help you here you see years ago i suffered from the same problem and learned that by association of just one word i could fall asleep realy quickly no problem you should of course use your own word and all you have to do is say when you are tired it never fails , for example and ill explain how this works in a minute ,i chose strawberry zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
