i know there are certain things not allowed on cam,but i vaguely remember a new law coming in that basically banned videos of sm activity,i was wondering how that translated into performing/watching it on cam in the rooms
"performance art"
that'll cover it
safe!

There was a legal case we studied last year in my law degree - basically a group of men were locked up for their activities, mainly because the police were hoping it would be a group of paedophiles and didn't want to have wasted their money on extensive investigations, only to find it was consenting adults.
Anyway - the upshot was that our lecturer reckoned if the same kind of case was ever to go to court now, the result would be different - these are enlightened times!

I was not there, and even if I was, I saw nothing bolt
a little slap & tickle is one thing... though cock-nailing is quite another.
when I say "nailing" I don't mean... oh well, you know what I mean.
there was that case a while back, that caused such a ruckus that I believe it led to the foundation of the who campaign for the rights of consenting adults to do just that... consent... to do whatever they chose.
I guess that the law and s&m pornography and all that lovely stuff has an issue with whether the pornography (which SH cams may posibly be considered) has a "bad" influence on the vulnerable... inspiring "wrong thought" and "behaviour"
so... Admin... what are your views, and indeed the Company Policy... I'm sure there must be one?

It's not, but it's v similar - also that page says it was last updated 2000 - that's almost a decade ago now. I'd hope that things are a bit more enlightened even in those 10 brief years.
