There arent many nerve endings higher up the vagina, most are located at the lower 1/3 section (i.e nearer the opening).

Sorry, should clarify this. All embryos start off as indistinguishable in terms of gender. The "normal" route of development leads to the embryo becoming a female, while the Y chromosome is responsible for turning the embryo into male.
The penis is made from the same type of tissue that a clit is made from. Blood flow etc in female clits are also similar to penises. i.e when aroused, blood flow to clit increases, and its indirect clit stimulation that produces the pleasurable sensations.
In a way, males are formed by the Y chromosome interfering with the development of an embryo. Extremely rarely the Y chromosome fails to act and a "genetically man" is born as female (with very masculine features).

The change to male gender may occur at X weeks (I can’t remember which at the minute it is too early in the morning for me) depending on the level of testosterone present in the womb at this stage. This also determines the size of a man’s shlong and a woman’s clitoris – did you know that?
There is a test correlating the third finger on the left hand with the index finger length – but the hand has to be in a specific position. Forget looking at the size of his feet or the size of his hands – this works! With regards to the small penis question:
Small is not a problem – as long as he is generally a good all-rounder. The first two inch of the virginal wall is the most important for sensation and as long as he can bang it home over that with a bit to spare for variation of positions – I am good.
