We had a bit of a thaw this morning - but its snowed quite a bit again and is about 6 inches of snow again!! My car which was totally clear when I went to work is now totally covered again. I have bought a box of work home, and if its very snowy in the morning I am going to work from home!!
I must laugh a bit about of all this - as today my 20 min drive to work took 50 minutes!! And got to office to find my boss - who lives round corner from me had phoned in to say she was going to work from home as the raods were too bad and she was snowed in!!!!!!

We have about six inches in Edinburgh. It's not been this bad since I've lived in town. I managed to hop a bus on the way home only to be thrown off again when the driver decided he wasn't going any further. Fair enough... I did a childish slide on the black ice all the way down the hill!
Still snowing in SE London, up to around 6-7 inches took a friend 5 hours to get home as trains were cancelled which should have taken 20 minutes on the train.
Kids have to get 2 buses in to school but they have been diverted and cant make the hills so 3 day off school for them today, as the snow keeps coming.

We still dont qualify for snow in Bristol but yet it deemed us good enough for rain earlier this evening. One good thing that means its warmer :twisted: Our relatives in Aberdeenshire have had temperatures of -20 last night :shock:
