.....the new Doctor?
IMHO he's definitely different, but I'm not sure if it's in a good or bad way. Mind you, is very easy on the eye, especially with the seams down the back of her police stockings!
Ahhhh.... I see what you did there! :giggle:
I've recorded it to watch later. I decided that although one of the twins (5 next month) would love it, the other one would be too scared - and I thought that the 3-year-old Will Jr was a little youg.
Can't wait to see the recording later.

You're probably right that three's too young, but my daughter started watching it when she was about 5 or 6 so she's grown up with it the same way I did. She's 11 now and can't believe that some of her friends have never seen it, or are too scared to watch it! Mind you, she's inherited my twisted sense of humour too so instead of seeing scary alien monsters she just sees dodgy CGI and rubber masks. :lol2:

IMHO he's definitely different, but I'm not sure if it's in a good or bad way. Mind you, Amy Pond is very easy on the eye, especially with the seams down the back of her police stockings!

i was watching with my son and very nearly said a few times about amy pond, but as he's only 13 i had to bite me tounge a few times :haha:
I thought Matt Smith's first episode was a success. Ive seen a few appearances from him over the last few months and I did think he would carry it off so I am glad that he did not let us down.
Overall the first episode did a great job of balancing the introduction of a new Doctor and new characters with a decent enough story line to boot. Ok the plot was not in depth but this episode had a lot to juggle so its no big deal really there was enough other stuff to be contemplating as well as the story line to keep the mind busy. Thought the kitchen scene was quite funny, Mrs Tweeky and I had a few giggles at that. Liked the flash back of old Doctors being shown at the end, its always good to see that little bit of respect shown to what has gone before.
Loving the look of the series previews biggrin Didnt notice Amy Pond at all, who innocent well maybe just a little bit :smitten: New Tardis looked cool too
A negative? Tweeky can always find one  Really didnt like the new once again revamped theme music sad Not much of an issue but it is the one thing that can set you in the mood for watching when you sit down for a big episode.
Overall Tweeky verdict 95 out of a 100
nope.... whats with the 'trendy' logo for the Doc?
and the new theme music... again???
I liked the good old BBC Radio-phonic Workshop music.
and no it seems everyone in it is a child.
has the TARDIS ever landed on it's side before?
on the upside, I did rather like the fashion idea of wearing several loose ties at once.

did I just say "fashion"?

i loved it all and think the new doctor is great
no negatives at all from me smile
I thought it was good fun - and he was much better and more likeable than his rather un-humble preshow interviews had hinted at ... There was a touch of the Robin Days around the neck ...
I also love location spotting - lots of yesterday's was filmed on Llandaff Cathedral Green down the road!

well i didn't see the whole program so i think i'll have to watch more to make a full judgement. so far though i'm not that impressed. the future programs do look good but i don't reckon much to him so far. he's not the eye candy i was expecting and he seems to be mimicing tenent in the way he talks.
on the up side i liked the eyeball in the snowflake biggrin
whips

Not the eye candy you were expecting? Were you masturbating to Tom baker and Sylvester McCoy? Hardly a needed quality for being a Dr lol
Ive been told this is his cum face dunno
nice scarf

now as has already been pointed out by some of you guys, you have your eye candy in miss pond. surely not the point of his assistant either eh?
whips

No certainly not, just an added bonus wink Cathrine Tate wasn't my type but she was still a good enough assistant.
I recall that William Hartnell was the first, and the best!
Plim wink
Well I must admit although he isn't as fanciable as the previous doc he is very watchable and we really enjoyed the 1st episode and corrrr Amy is lovely. Mind you I have loved watching Dr Who from when I was a kid so I am probably a bit biased lol

An appalling idea....a gentleman wears one tie, tied with a knot appropriate and proportional to the weight of the material.
