Oh it sounds like you're having a bad day :therethere:
Ignoring stuff doesn't work long term, just stresses you out.
Talk to some mates, even if they give you bad advice sometimes just saying things outloud helps polarize the problem.

Problems don't go away. They have to be solved. It's my opinion that we have to identify them and then deal with them.
But having said that - sometimes we just have to let them go. A partner leaves us? Then we just have to let it go. A few days of oblivion and let the pain die. There will always be somebody else to come along.
Your house burns down? Now you've got real problems especally if like me you don't have insurance.
Robbie, like the rest of us, I hope things come right. Time truly is the great healer. Take time.

i'd like to apologise for this topic, reading back its sooooooooo attention seeking etc etc, thats not how it was meant,it was meant as a stress relief and it worked, thanks to all that replied and all that read.
i think the drink may have had a hand in writing it too.
Don't worry about it, we all get days like that. I write myself e-mails, then when I'm in a less frazled state of mind - read them back and wonder what all the dramma was about. But if you can't vent a little to your friends, then the world is a sorry place.
I hope you're feeling better about life the universe and everything.
