I was planning a quite relaxing evening in alone tonight.
Dropped CA off at the local train station so she could visit a pal.
I'd picked up a bottle of Frascati, a juicy looking pork loin, some baby new potatoes and some mushrooms.
Just about to pour my first drink (I cook much better when I'm half cut)
Then I get a phone call that has me racing up the M1 into Leeds to pick her up, across the M62 to Manchester ish and then back home alone.
Can't be bothered to cook now, so I think I'll just start drinking until I fall over.
Looks like it'll have to be either Chicken Korai with extra coriander or maybe a Pizza with NO FECKIN pineapple ! ! !
