Yes you can search Photo ads by location.
But you need to be quite specific - for example I've noticed that many people don't mention Scotland in their ad - so you need to look under Glasgow and Edinburgh and Ayrshire - or in your case Dundee. These searches sometimes bring up different results to Scotland. Which is I suppose quite a big area.

ive tend to find that single guys dont seem to get a lot of contacts due to teh obviuos reasons but somepeople need to rememebr that we r not all creeps anyway just remember god loves a tryer and just keep looking for profiles and again try lanarkshire glasgow edinburgh things like that to find scottish profiles
