Fairlight Cove near Hastings has hard sand for the two or three hours around low tide, pebbles at higher tides. It's a fifteen minute walk from the car park. The beach is three quarters of a mile long and given its location has little or no passing traffic. Notices warn that access is at your own risk as erosion destroyed the wooden steps to the beach a few years ago. Recently new unofficial steps have been cut and access is OK with care. Usually twenty or so naturists on the beach and the occasional "textile". This is a genuine, get-away-from-it-all naturist beach, relaxed, friendly. First time naturist couples and single females would feel comfortable here. I have photos of the beach and the route to it.
Studland Bay in Dorset has acres of soft sand and hundreds if not thousands of naturists on a good day. Signs say it is an official naturist beach. Innocent naturists stick to the beautiful beach. Those in search of adventure venture head into the sand dunes.
There are many other naturist beaches in Sussex, Hampshire and Dorset (Google for "Naturist Beaches South Coast") but Fairlight and Studland are the best.

Probably too far, for you, Pink Princess
but the best we know is just a few miles from here
Sandwich Bay is accessed through the town of Sandwich. It's a long strip of sand dunes, sometimes frequented by swingers towards the evenings - it is about 15 minutes hike from the car park at the gates to the Prince's Golf club.
Well worth a visit for good soft sands running out intothe relativeley warm waters of the bay.
details from us if you need them

Marms....did you know about this
better late than never.....
(the best things cum to those who wait!)
eastney beach is an 'unofficial' but tolerated, (the council have put up Official nudist beach signs, -great!) beach.
With the changing climate, at lower tides there are now expances of nice sand, otherwise the pebbles arn't that large and smooth, so a nice comfey towel is all thats needed.
Its a MIXED beach, and quite popular, especaially as its 'out of the way,' and so discreet, bit of a sun trap too, and the sea is nice and clean at that end too now,
No hassles, and lots of couples of all ages.
lol
I stop off at Wickes on the way to the coast and pick up 8 bags of sand. Throw them down and there you have it, a diy day beach ! lol
