what if i put the blame on a random person with their address and full name from another they bother to look further into it!
I thought 50cc's were restricted to 30 mph only?
Are you for real, you are the person who was caught, if your that irresponsible that you managed 3 tickets in two months, then you bloody deserve banning.
Jas
I am in my first year of my license and 6 points is enough to get you banned.

While on the subject of speeding
Anyone know if the cameras & vans on the bridge over the M25 between J7 & J6 (M23 & A22) today were mobile speed cameras?. Know they are on the M4, but not seen them on the M25 before.

If you persist in motorised transport, don't forget to tell your insurance company ( failiure to do so may in validate your insurance ), until such time as you stop collecting photos of your back.
Ps, I drive fast all day long, but I haven't been caught ( just keep a very good eye out )
Now that I got all the mocking out of the way, one useful piece of advice ( but still find a soliciter to check this ) you might avoid a ban IF you can prove you need the scooter ie you start or finish work when public transport is not running - but ( and I cannot emphasise this enough, See a soliciter

Bet you wished you'd kept quite about the tickets now!
Look on the bright side - just think how fit you will be after all that walking and running for the bus. Not to mention when said bus is late/doesn't turn up and you end up walking anyway.
You could do any of the above, but if you get caught doing it, it could be classed as attempting to pevert the course of justice, which courts (and trust me that would be a court visit) tend to look on unfavourably.
First thing to do if you want to contest is to as to see the evidence. Any glitches etc may be a way of getting out of the fine and points.
Next is to go and see a soliciter who specialises in road offences. He'll know the ins and out far better than anyone you ask on here (unless they're a soliciter who specialises in.... yada yada).
Finally go to court and argue your case, but be warned if you loose you will probably be asked to cover court costs and if it's clearly you commiting the offence you may have an additional charge of wasting the courts time added.
Have a look round for more info etc.
Don't do the crime if you don't want to do the time...
Accept your punishment and learn your lesson.
