Why do some people believe there is such a thing as 'gay propoganda'? Why do they think that teaching children to be more tolerant is threatening to them? Why do they have to be defended from the message that it's OK to be different from the (hetero)norm?

People like him and other American style "evangelical" christians do a lot of harm both to tolerance and acceptance of differences and by putting forward a very bigoted and narrowminded view of christianity forward.
I love the inference that it is ok to be tolerant of gay and lesbian lifestyle choices provided all children are taught that anyone having sex outside of monogamous marriage will burn in hell !!! If that's tolerance, I think I'll pass thanks!

It is stuff like this that makes my neighbours worry about their kids asking if I am Lesbian. And the parents who try and hide the fact that I am :evil: Maybe if they explained that I am and the kids associated that with the fact that I am a "normal" nice person we wouldn't have half the gay bashing we do! :evil: aRSexxx :color:

well, i think you're all being very hard on his holiness the reverend minister wossisname, and it just shows how deeply you've all been brainwashed by this filth!
it's a well known fact that these hollywood media types are all pinko liberal homosexuals intent on subverting the God fearing true believers of the US of A, and maybe even elsewhere in the world, who knows? but anyways, it's about time Bush closed the lot of them down, and luckily they have just the men to do it in Congress these days.
i mean just look at Toy Story. i could possibly believe it was just a tale of heroic brotherly love maybe, but they went and dressed Woody in a Village People cowboy suit for The Lord's sake, and all that hugging and stuff, well it makes me sick! :x i mean, Hollywoods just down the road from San Francisco too, and we all know what goes on there. as for Barney The Big Purple Dinosaur? well, need i say more? Not too sure about that Bear In The Big Blue House either. far too many squeaky voiced male characters under one roof for my liking! Cha Cha Cha indeed!
