I f you have a name ending in S - such as James and you wont to pluralise it does it become James's or James'?

As long as people understand what you're saying and it can't be misconstrued because of any poor punctuation, then I'd leave it alone. If people start making comments in here, someone will get mardy and it'll all go tits up and get locked. Or should we just see what Hitler had to say about punctuation/grammar? He wanted perfect, after all biggrin Bloody Nazis have a lot to answer for, hmm*?
