The only thing that is proven to increase breast size (apart from weight gain and implants) is Oestrogen. As this is a female hormone it is unlikely to be found in ejaculate.
However, if you were to lick a pussy or two you might find that has an effect.
Fortunately, semen does contain a substance (very similar to albumen) which does have skin rejuvenating properties. For maximum effect it should be rubbed into the skin. It has begun to be absorbed when it changes from slippy to sticky so a quick spray and wipe off is insufficient.

I loved this question - entirely valid and entirely charming. I can tell you for a fact that semen doesn't make breasts bigger, because as said above it doesn't contain any neccessary hormones, any hormon content is androgen, and on the grounds of nutrition, it's about the same a tiny bite of cereal bar per mouthful, which definitely hasn;t enough to make breasts grow in itself! When swallowed but it definitely does make the skin more glowy, cannot argue with that! Also, there's a lot of evidence to suggest the hormones that are in cum have mood elevating effects. Still a lot of reasons for swallow not spit I'd say!
