Alright, that makes sense.... and it's also how I plan to approach it.... I mean.. I want to get to know the people a bit first, find out what they're like, get comfortable with each other...
Honestly, its the best way! If you can make a conversation out of something stupid like.... your favourite sandwich filling, then you know you should be compatible-ish if you move onto anything else!!
