Anyone into sharing their experiences or fantasies? I'd luv to share...

Did you ever read that book that was so popular in the 90's - I think it was called Women on Top or something similar. If you are interested in reading the secret desires of others, I'd definitely recommend that one! I read it when it was new and some of the stories still stick in my mind now.

(Went off to research, it was Women on Top by Nancy Friday. Apparently she released a similar book in the 60's - I reckon it would be interesting to compare the two!)

I had all the Nancy Friday books until they were stolen by someone I trusted, lol, at least they had good taste! My Secret Garden was a rite of passage for me in understanding human sexuality and the fact that everyone has fantasies and desires. I tried to replace the books a few years ago but they seemed to be out of print. When I get the chance I will browse t’internet for second hand copies......hopefully without too many pages stuck together, lol!! 😳 

Books like these should be essential reading for anyone who is uncertain or suppresses or represses their sexuality or just likes to know that they are not alone in experiencing what can be very bizarre or extreme fantasies. 

Add Knots by RD Laing to the mix (deals with human relationships in a non sexual way) and you have a do it yourself wellbeing support system!!

Women on Top is around £3 on Amazon, the Secret Garden I have seen for around £40 - so I guess it depends how desperately you want to read it again! 

To address the original query, though - I don't think I could bring myself to share my darkest fantasies here. Not that I'd shame anyone who did, but it's not for me!

 Exactly - some of my fantasies are too shameful even to share with myself! I always admired the women who would happily share their stories for the book because there was an initial point of contact that she knew who they were. I could never be so open with anyone in that way!

Now here’s a thing, Nancy published a book of male fantasies which was equally as good in its own way as the female editions but quite different in my view, in part perhaps due the differing emotional make up. I would happily have sat in front of Nancy and told her my fantasies.....in fact it was one of my fantasies to be in that position, lol!!!
