You may be one of those lucky people who are naturally chilled out or you may have to actively take measures to combat your stress. Wake up, kiss the lady (choice may vary) beside you. Exercise and do at least ten min. of meditation. Then without fear start towards today's goal. At the end of the day sink into a hot bath.

A well know comedian once said 'Stress is finding someone who needs the s**t kicking out of him...and not doing it.'
So sometimes I dig out a PC game that requires killing on mass. At the moment I find grinding French armies into the plains of Europe strangely satisfying.
