Im an inbetween, I generally talk to much with people I know and feel comfortable but not so much with people im a little unsure of.
If I am worring about something I don`t talk about it at all and it drives mr lyns potty.
I'm more of a listener as I'm trained as a Counsellor so I kinda got used to listening to people...
I can talk and have a really passionate conversation when I'm in the mood or depending on who I'm talking to...
i was taught that you have 2 ears and 1 mouth. they should be used according to that ratio.
As long as someone's beautiful silken inner thighs are not acting as ear muffs lol I'm a good listener.
I think I'm a good conversationalist too but I want a dialogue not a monologue, a monologue I can have by myself!
I chat like there ain't no tomorrow
I can listen for hours- but if I'm with someone who doesn't talk much I'll chatter away, or indeed ask them questions to encourage them to talk.
I listen
*mainly because I'm a nosey git*
I think I am more of a listener than a talker...but I do talk loads if I am nervous.
Prefer to listen to someone though than talk about me, makes me a bit of a Marjorie Prupes though
everybody SHUT-UP, and listen to ME!!!!
lp
A wise head has a still tounge.
My mate is very quiet, but when he does say something it is normally quite astounding!.
I am trying to be a better listener , its actually not that easy to shut up and listen without joining in .
Once I start talking, Im a chatter box!!
But I am a good listener if someone has a problem and needs a friendly ear!
I'd probably say in between. I'm a chatterbox I know I can talk and talk and I love nights when I have company and we pop open the wine and put the world to rights!
But, I know when to listen at the same time and I appreciate that everyone has a right to be heard so whilst I like to have my point of view, I like to hear others' also.
On of my draw backs unfortunately is when people come to me with problems, I tend to go into advisor mode instead of just sitting back and really listening.
