One tattoo that I do want is a Haiku (a type of poem), but typically after finding it, I lost it again.....
But, I've gotten to like the feeling of having them done. In fact after the Wolf heradlry one I was so "high" that I was stopped by a copper in Birmingham city centre because he thought I was doped up! :shock:
Luckily he saw me coming out of the Tattoo place and had one himself, so he knew I what I meant....:lol:

My biggest and most special, is a 12" dragon down my spine. My Grandad died 6 weeks before my 21st birthday, we were very close and shared the same birthday. I was going to put a memorium in the paper, but they were quite expensive, so I got the dragon done as a mark of respect.
He was a navy man, and had a lot of tattoos, all the standard tats you see on older men, the naked lady, the blue birds on his hands, he loved tats, and still subscribed to tattoo magazines in his late 70's. It seemed a fitting tribute.
My gran cried when she saw it, and I still have to keep it covered up when I visit her.

Mr Grif was quite brave and has now started to cover his chest, painful, expensive, but from where i stand its all good!!! I have 2 of my own on my back and when i find the right design would love something on my thigh. That addictive though, will i stop there??? :P
