I have 9 :shock:
I don't regret getting them. I do wish I had thought a little more about a couple of them though. They are all in places where they are only seen if I want them seen. My favorite two are the one on my inner left arm .. it is chinese and means 'Forgive' and the other is on the back of my neck and is a star and moon.

I thought of having one in the past, but as I am still haunted by the day my parents found I had an earring :shock: What on earth would they make of a tattoo?
Even at 42 and living 180 miles away from them, I don't think I could do it. They drive me round the twist when they visit, so to give them fuel to tip me over the edge, seems a bit of a silly thing to do!... and before you say it, even if I had it hidden they would still find out, they are psychic (or is that psychotic?) They're coming here next weekend. If anyone has seen National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, the scene when the doorbell rings, it's just like that. Took me years to get a doorbell that drops another menacing octave every time they ring it
Anyway, if I suddenly grew up, felt brave, and had one done, for me it would have to have a meaning of some kind, and would have to be timeless too. Hmmmm maybe one day!

Actually, with all the bloody stupid things I have done in my life, I think they might just pause, look at each other and move on! Show them a tattoo and they will send me to my room without any supper! Considering I will be cooking supper that might not be a bad outcome thinking about it :D

I was dead against tattoos for many years but if there is meaning behind the tattoo then I can now see the point.
Due to my job I can't have anything on show so everything will be within the T-Shirt line.

i have one top of my upper right arm. it's quite large. i don't regret it but i wouldn't have another. i ahd mine done 18 odd years aago an dit's til bright, done in American ink and it's my own design, it took over 2 hours just to do the black outlining!!! it hurt like nothing on earth !!!
i don't mind tattoo's in moderation, especially sleeves, do like a nice sleeve.

I have one on my arm.... I decided if I was gonna have one... make it a good one.... 5 Hrs of pain about 5 years ago 10 inches by 6 inches... Pics below (not the best quality pics, but the tat is fine art ! starting to fade a little now could do with a touchup)
