Look in programs for a program that says something like restore factory settings or if you have an orginal disk like a restore disk ,then Insert disk into your dvd rom drive and folow instructions.
Start>> all programs>> accessories>> system tools>> system restore. ??
Can restore from certain points from there.
Hi i put in the disk but it wont do anything only update and carnt find restore in programs what about dropping it through the loft window it is making me mad been trying to do it since ggggrrrrr sad
or see if there is a back up recovery drive with all the default factory setup on it and run it from ther by hitting F8 or somthin like during boot and select recover

Its in system tools inside accessories.

Oh btw
Recovery will recover it to as it came from the factory so you may lose files you have made unless you have backed them up
Restore may keep the files intact
