Neither of us can access our accounts . Each time we put our passwords in the screen changes to a white scren and 'The page cannot be displayed' and at the bottom of it cannot find server or dns error inernet explorer.
It's something probably very simple , but we're even simplier . Any ideas folks , thanks

start -> run
type in ipconfig /renew
then ipconfig /flushdns
if that fails, turn off your cable/adsl modem for about an hour which should release your IP Address and give you a new one

Hi Yellow, assuming they can get to most of net, as they posting here... weird not routing to one section a downed router maybe? Would suggest the old TRACERT but is firewalled and does not respond to pings 
Good idea on the old flush DNS, hadn't thought of that. Also, although the PING will time out try it anyway, see if it resolves the IP address of :

Pinging with 32 bytes of data:
Request timed out.
Request timed out.

Ping statistics for 3:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss),
If you get an IP next to the address it resolving from somewhere, that a start.
