There are too many variables involved with this one.
snuggled up with ? ? Sofa or bed ? Evening or Morning ? Pre coital, or post ?
being extremely passionate ? ? Verbally, visually or physically?
that most intimate moment ? ? Initial penetration, her climax, a second before it, or mine ?
Partner ? ? Long term/special friend, or new/infrequent "recreational" partner or complete stranger ?
Then there's the individual personalised. For example, if I'm getting to know someone (or trying) and struggling to put a "personality" to them, say . . . Mi'lady or harlot (in the nicest possible way) I may well use a term referring to that.
Or . . . in general ??
I know I'm guilty of using "sweetie" or sometimes "sweets" to a lot of people. Both in the written and spoken.
So much depends on the circumstances and frame of mind. Tone of voice ? Inflection (?) Coupled with a "look" And of course a lot depends on which part of me is doing the thinking or is in control
Don't forget also, some people have terrible memories. Although i ride, I've never been any good at rodeo, so "Sweetie" or any other generic term of endearment is a safer bet
