A HUGE thank you to Pete and Caron for the fab bbq last night. The beer flowed, the food was fantastic and it was great to meet some of the members at last ! :happy:
Pete & Caron - you're a lovely couple, great hosts but Pete, next time we'll have a whipround for a pool heater ! :lol2:
Sheddy - Finally !! Had such a laugh and have the bum shot for posterity :moon:
Kate - how come you were more p*ssed than me and still woke up in a better state?? rolleyes

Lilnfil - Fil.....I thought I could talk ! Great fun guy who looks great in a short skirt. :cheers:

having finally made it back up north and survived sheddys driving on the way back.....i just wanted to say thanks to pete and caron for a fabulous evening (the bits of it i remember at least lol

)
tired and still hungover so we'll elaborate on this later....but a massive thanks from both of us! :lol:

Right I'm back at Shed HQ, showered and feeling fresh as a daisy (ish) so I/we would like to say huge thanks to Pete and Caron for what truely was an enjoyable night for the pair of us. There was plenty of food and drink coupled with excellent company on all parts and it really was a pleasure to be able to put faces to the user names.
I won't go in to details of drunken antics incase I offend or it is portrayed as anything other than what it was (a blooby good night) But as I can't offend myself.... yes I showed me arse and briefly other bits, Kate decided to take a midnight dip innocent

but in our defence and in some way credit we started drinking at 4:00 PM and finshed at 2:00 AM :shock: but hats off to kate who managed after 10 hours drinking to walk unaided across a large dark garden past tents over paving slabs and back again whilst wearing 3 inch heels and not even wobble once worship

As I said it was great to meet everyone especially Sassy at fookin last smile

but I have to say Lilnfil.............. the pair of you are bloody hilairious and great company Kate and I were still laughing this morning lol

Others feel free to mention my drunken antics as I know full well I was on my best behavour :smug:
One more time an even bigger thanks to our hosts who were good enough to let a load of lunatics they hardley knew invade their garden for the night, but as far as I could see it all payed off as a good time was had by all biggrin

One last thing I promised you all I would post the picture of me showing my shiny helmet :shock:
So who am I to deny :lol:

oooh one more thing to add confused

if anything is going to test a new relaitionship it is if you have one nervous passenger (me as I always am with anyone) 2 of the hottest days of the year plenty of traffic jams on the way down and me driving with a hangover on the way back, no air con and PK suddenly deciding to scour wiltshire in search of Pimms (we found none) . But I am rather proud to say considering I'm stressfull by nature and can be a narky fooker to say the least not a cross word was shared between us biggrin

To the BBQ
Firstly a massive thank you to everyone who turned up and helped make it a night to remember, it was soo good to meet you all and I just have to say you where all fantastic :inlove:
Ok Iâ€™m going to try and get this as chronologically correct as I can so bear with me please.
Well the event started at about 16:00 with the arrival of Sheddy and Posh Kate, and like a true professional, once introductions had been completed and alcohol pressed into both hands :cheers: , Sheddy had Shez PoshShed up and habitable in no time flat. He then proceeded to inflate the airbed with his electric pump. Casually in passing Kate mentioned that he might want to put the mattress into the sleeping compartment first, but no, our hero was adamant that it was better this way, Kate and I looked at each other knowingly and grinned. Well the comedy value of watching the shed struggling with a fully inflated airbed trying furiously to cram it into the tent was priceless, rotflmao

and set the mood for the rest of the evening :thumbup: Guys, you were both brilliant :snog:
Next to arrive were Sassy_Serren and Knight kiss

We meet at last :inlove: Sassy I have to say I was a little worried when you phoned me and said â€œmake sure u have some vanilla ice-cream handy, Iâ€™m going to do something special for you with a banana and a flake :shock: but the end result was un-missable. As for your ability to create an almost instant erection, that was really impressive. :shock: smackbottom

20:00hrs the BBQ is glowing, the burgers are sizzling nicely and LilnFil arrive, much to everyoneâ€™s delight, you two, :thumbup: absolutely the life and soul, you kept us entertained all night, we havenâ€™t laughed so much in a very long time. And as for the skinny dipping, all we can say is silly

Next to arrive was Lovejoy, the person who lived the closest and the only one to get lost on the way in, and the only one for whom a search party had to be organised toward the end of the evening lol

First i would like to opoligise for my late reply, i have no excuses except i have been working long hour and havent had the chance to post.
I also would like to thank Caron and Pete for a wonderful night you did us proud, as a lot of you have already said it was really nice to put names to faces.
Pete you all most got me poll dancing with the help of the others lol smackbottom
