Well I've had a good day today biggrin

Got an unexpected 3 days off work ( ok so I have to work the weekend but that's nothing new rolleyes

) and after pming like a bitch, have now sorted out the Pussy Possy girls night in Mk2! :bounce:
The site has not booted me once today
My son has promised to do his own ironing in future :thumbup:
And I've ordered myself 2 new cds from :smug:
Anyone else have something to cheer about?

I've had a FABULOUS day at work - I enjoy my work, I love my job and I love my team! Sorry to rain on the miserable brigade and all that (not) but life is good.
Got a job
Got a car
Got a PC
Got friends
Am loved
Am warm
Am fed - well, over fed if the truth be told redface

Got a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge
Got to decide - do I buy a stainless steel fridge/freezer to replace my perfectly fine white fridge/freezer???
Got decisions to make
Got the windows wide open cos it's warm here
Got Dr Who on the telly
How much better can life get??

Well, I have got a pay rise and I haven't even started my new job yet!
WOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
Start on Monday, so this is my last week of freedom, and just found out I can work a four day week too, by working 8-6 so bring on the long weekends!!!!!!!

Yep thats right I've moved out of suitcases and into wardrobes, no longer am I living like a traveling salesman I now have my little bit of paradise albeit half a wardrobe and 2 draws in the spare room lol

I've not had any alcohol, chocolate, crisps or other junkfood for over 2 weeks! Without much effort I have lost 5lbs!
And I feel great! :happy:

Congrats...whats your exercise regimen??? (taking notes here)
I haven't changed anything apart from my diet really. The only forms of exercise I get are cycling (when it's not raining) and sex. lol

It was just a case of cutting my calories from around 3000 a day to around 1200. And the strange thing is it hasn't even been a chore, I actually have much more energy because I've cut out the processed foods. biggrin

Ah the processed food, the spawn of Satan and most of the time so riddled with salt/sugar/e numbers/calories and everything else that's not good for you. Agreed, they're a godsend when you're stuck for time but as long as you limit them to occasionally rather than mostly, they're not too bad.
Kiss, well done you for your weight loss and if you ever need an exercise buddy ( and I don't mean with the cycling wink

) you let me know :twisted:
And congrats to Ian too on his new job kiss

Off to Greece on Sunday for a week long cruise around the islands on a friends 40ft yacht - nothing to do but swim, relax, suntan, drink, eat and hopefully have lots and lots of sex with a lovely lady friend who I havnt seen in ages and is coming over from Cape Town especially to see me...
(well the stay on the yacht in Greece kind of did it really but im not complaining....)
