Myself and Sal are in our early twenties, and were both interested in groupsex before we got together, so now we are looking to explore together.
Idealy we are looking to find peolpe our age, that we can firstly go out with, get on with.. and then take it further..
It seems hard to find anyone who is our age, it seems most people are around 30ish..
Is it that there are less younger people into this kind of thing, or is it more that there is less of an established community because younger people tend to already have wider social circles and may be more open with each other?
There are swingers of all ages on here - the youngest will probably be 18 as this site is for 18+ and there are definitely some in their 50's, but I don't think that the average age has been calculated.
If it's your thing it's your thing, i guess it doesn't matter about your age. Though you'll find more people on here over 25 than under, but stick with it because i can think of at least a few regular forum users who are under 25, and one in particular with a fancy avatar.

There are a few older posters such as Freckle in her 50's, but I think the average age would be 35.5.
The avrage age would be the sum of all the observation values ÷ number of observations
I think.
So far from the exact age's given in this post the avarage age is 36
(42+22+30+50+36) / 5= 36
i think that most swingers are 30+
i think most younger people arn't ready for swinging maybe still exploring new things and finding their feet in the own relationships b4 branching out to inviting others into their sex lifes

It is not just about the average age of swingers, it is also a case of who is generally more sexually active, someone at 20, 30 or 40.
Perhaps it is just not just that more swingers are 30+, but that over thirty shag more than those under thirty whether they are swingers or not.

Id say its more likely that a couple that have been together for a while would be into swinging than a new couple, but i wouldnt say younger people are still finding thier feet or exploring new things nessesarily..

Id also say there are more people who are coupled up when they are in thier 30s than in thier 20s, id also say that the swinging scene is quite daunting to those who are younger, as by looking on sites such as this most of the adds are from those in thier 30's and 40's.
Nothing against older people, I just think most people in their 20's would find the idea of meeting a more experienced couple quite intimidating, I know I certainly do.
