so, what was your fave pressie this year? It doesn't have to be huge, expensive or particualrly bling but something that makes you go ahhhh when you look at it, makes you giggle or just something that you will remember for a long time.
Mine is actually the hamster I bought my son. He's so cute I can't stop playing with him :inlove:
mind you, the cat is now wondering why I'm smelling of rodent all of a sudden and eyeing me suspiciously
The lovely soft fluffy dressing gown I'm wearing at the mo, from my lovely soft fluffy 81 year old buddy lol
Mmmmm.... I've been a lucky girl this year so I have more than one - do 'best presents' rather than 'the bestest present' count?! Hope so...
My best presents are a leather jacket (lush!) two pairs of leather gloves (bronze and brown - fab!) and the novel 'Sepulchre' by Kate Mosse.
Ooooh, so spoilt!! But I loves them all!!
Nola xx

I bought myself a sat-nav today with some money I won before xmas...
My bestest prezzy has to be a lovely new Pierre Cardin watch Shireen got me..... :-)
I have had a couple of dvd's which were nice and a couple of books which are good as I read very little unless the book really interests me...
The usual socks (which are always well received) and after-shave/deodourant/shower gel...
A new Homer mug (get one every year with a different design) and a Homer beer stein...
Can honestly say all my prezzies were great and well received
I got one of these…. :bounce:

Utterly silly I know, ....
….. Can’t bloody fly it, redface but I love it. :bounce:
An absolutely gorgeous amethyst (my birthstone)necklace that my boss gave me. Wasnt expecting it at all, it`s so pretty.
:bounce: :bounce: :bounce:
I got some fab earrings....perfume, and a shrug that goes perfectly with the outfit that I'm wearing for a winter wedding next year. Plus some Jo Malone goodies and lots of other lovely stuff......all in all I think I've done pretty well :lol2:
Well I guess the best present was the news that my stepdaughter was doing so well and was out of hospital, that also meant that Morb was home for Christmas.
I treated myself to a funky laptop today biggrin and will also be getting a nice radley handbag in the sales smile
This one will take some beating :)

Arrived just in time (Xmas Eve awwwww) and is a belter..
Novelty will pass... but not too soon I hope!

Miss Cream xxx
My favourite was a telescope, I didn't know I was into star gazing but Mrs St3v3 new better, its not as much fun as fishing at the moment, what with it being so bloody cold outside last night, but it is pretty cool, I spent a couple of hours looking at the moon last night and it was pretty amazing.
Tonights been a real bummer though, clouds .......

The fact that Mum passed away peacefully on Christmas day, without pain, in her sleep, with all her family around her just as she wanted was the best thing that happened to me this Christmas. Had been dreading a long drawn out and painful end but as it turned out the care team were good as there word and she never suffered for a second.
God bless her and them.
Pete
having just done the 'lets catch up reading the threads'thing I feel my last post may have been more apropriate in another thread, perhaps a kind MOD could move it for me kiss

I've been playing a battered & bruised second hand one since I was 13 redface and was amazed to hear the difference in sound a new one makes in a music shop the other day!!!

Of course you can build things other than what's on the box! You can buy extra bricks anyway - just a little imagination is all that's required!

My bestest pressie was some perfume from Mallock which he bought as a surprise and wrapped it up himself :smug:
I normally buy all my own pressies so this was a lovely surprise, especially as he had listened to the hints I dropped :lol2:
My next bestest pressie was a gorgeous red bag from my bestest friend kiss
