In some ways I agree with you - masturbation techniques should be part of kids TV. SImilarly, programmes like Bob the Builder could include the making of dildos and sex aids thereby providing kids with an idea of how to make money when they leave full time education.
I am not familiar enough with todays kids TV to continue with this but it is a start!
I return to my original point however - personnally I do not want to see on national TV what is basically something that is better kept private.
