Newsflash!!
A protester was caught tonight trying to cut down "The Chair" at Aintree, claiming the race was cruel.
He asked for 3 other fences to be taken into consideration! confused

when i first saw this thread i thought,how long till someone says its while it is obviously the ultimate test of a horses ability and accidents will happen to a few horses, the alternative is that racehorses would not have a much better life than their wild live longer,pampered lives,dont get eaten by preditors if you were to extend the argument to our own species,we should stop breeding for anyone who does any extreme sports, or even driving a car for that horses are bred for one purpose only ,they do it superbly anyone really want to make them extinct ?
