Im always on here, rarely post but always reading. thought i should say hi again! think the last thread or post i wrote was a year ago???

cheers for the welcome people- posting two days in a row now, anyone would think this is becoming a habit!! lol

Am all achy and stuff now- went to play badminton this evening for two hours, ended up playing doubles (my cousin, two blokes we met randomly there this evening and myself)
got our big brown asses handed to us on a plate and now feel as though someone has had a party with my muscles and some sledgehammers redface

anyone good with their hands???!! (purely for massage and medical purposes you understand!) surprised
