After two & a half years of searching for a replacement for Pierce Brosnan, EON productions have today revealed their new JB, British actor Daniel Craig. It was a tough decision for EON as to who to choose for the forthcoming production Casion Royale, considering over 200 actors. Craig's perfomance in Layer Cake brought him to the attention of Barbara Broccoli & there was much infighting as to who should get the role. Finally all the speculation is over but some fear that Craig is not the right actor for the role, citing he's just not attractive enough. Many, including myself think Craig will make a fine Bond, as he has a stong screen prescence. So, will men want to be him & women want to bed him?

Yes, me too. The Bourne films have been such a success that EON have decided audiences are ready for a darker more realistic Bond story. 'Casino' will be more plot driven & there'll be less of the gadgets & the corny one liners, according to Campbell the director.

The Bond films are dead I cant see how after all those films they can come up with anything thats interesting without taking away everything that people like about Bond. I think Daniel Craig is an ok choice. Christian Bale would have been better but he's already Batman, which is whats made them decide to do a younger bond as it will be a sort of Bond Begins film.

Gem - I have to concur.
Bond films are great lazy Sunday afternoon films.
Watchable, but you dont have to work hard too concentrate.
And, althougth Connery was the definitive Bond, Brosnan was definitely the sexiest!
