You probably didn't get an invite last time because you'd only been on the site for a week and your post asking to come was only the third post you'd made. If you look through the thread you'll see we had requests for invites from guys that only ever made one post and they haven't been back on the site since. Not only will we never know who they were but would it really have been worth inviting them anyway?
When the thread for the next munch goes up stick your name down, you'll get the details.

Hi there,
I am new to the chat room and newer to the forum. I understand about getting your nik seen b4 any invites are considered. So I'll start chipping in so people can get used to me and get to know me, although finding something to add to a topic can be a little daunting when you are just finding your feet (so-to-speak). Hopefully by the time the "munch" comes around I will be considered.
I see the date has been set for the 21st August, I was going to suggest the 7th as this is b4 the start of the Premiership season, and as Shankly once said......."football isnt a matter of life or death, its more important than that" lol.
Anyway take care all, and I look forward to speaking to you all soon biggrin

Yep. I don't think Marya is seriously suggesting a different date. She's just trying to bring to everyone's attention that she's thinking of organising a small NE munch in September and wants to put as much distance as possible between the two in case the response isn't so good.
The date for the next NW munch is confirmed as 21st August!
