When ranging through the forums and chatrooms many are listed as the NW but sadly this refers mostly to the NW south of Preston, where are you all from N of this??

hi i am a nw room regular and live in north wales almost as far west as the granada reports weather map goes pmsl and do know folks abaout as far north as lancaster and blackpool and the lake district but to name a few places

i`m sure its just the population density in the m/c,l/pool sort of area that makes it seem that you look at a google earth night map of the uk you`ll see the splodge (good word eh!)of lights over this no higher ratio of swingers here,just closer together, how good is that hump

I know what you mean though, i get quite confused at times.
In my innocence i always used to think that the Midlands started at Birmingham and went up to just short of Manchester. Up from that was ' The North ' proper shortly followed by Scotland dunno
every one i talk to though seems to have a different opinion on the subject sad
perhaps someone could come up with the 'generally accepted' definition?
