The reason why I'm on this forum so much is cos I'm on it all day at work. The first thing I do when I get to work is check the forum. The it is minimised all day and when the coast is clear I write a few posts, then minimise again. The banners are the only give away so if people are in the room I have to make sure I have them out of sight. Otherwise it's easy cool

So, what if they sack me, it just means I have even more time to spend on SH! 8-) 8-) 8-)

its been very tempting at times
but a report of what sites weach user has visits in produced daily and sent to one of the Directors... and i'd die of shock if i was pulled up in front of the borad or something casue of SH...

Unfortunately, our webmaster knows about WEBSENSE, but doesn't know how to use it.
I tried to go to the Middlesex University website, and the filter came back with "Restricted category = sex."
Restricted??

Our network is monitored, but I don't think anyone really cares. Besides, I'm not viewing the site on a work PC, I'm viewing it on my lap top which only happens to be on the company network smile

(I do have a genuine valid reason for having my personal laptop on the company network)

Be warned though, most (??) companies can/do log everything on the internet. No matter how you think you hide it - its recorded/tracked etc. I know - I set it up at our co. So be careful at work....
Have the devs of this site considered a "secret" mode where all images are hidden? I've seen this with other sites and it makes it more subtle...

Yes, even if you use your own laptop, your mac address will be logged etc.

Yeah I look at SH all the time at work , thats when the PC is working . Its rarely working well as all my less web savvy colleagues have a penchant for clicking 'yes' to any box offering downloads if its means they get to see pussy . This unfortunately means that the computer is more often than not frozen and clogged with shit loads of pop ups spyware viruses and eastern european web diallers . The upside is that they dont know how to clear their history files , so can hardly cause a fuss if the catch a glimpse of Blue's delectable ass over my shoulder .

i read the forums and post here and there when i have to time at work, the main thing which almost stops me are the brilliant avatars.... but i have to turn off imagaes(i use opera whilst viewing SH) so people cant see and think this is a normal forum,.
Maybe we should a have a work version so that during work the banners and the left menu links are hidden so we can all view and post without having to worry.
Thankfully our network isnt monitored which is strange seeing as we're a big multinational but its good coz i can download the spooks i wont be ablet o watch in about and hour using bit torrent and 400Kb/s smile

I used a computer with NetNanny on it, it blocked the LloydsTSB web page because the main title image was called tit_main or something similar.

Won't matter about the computer you use, if you have to log on to the network using an individual username then that is what is logged against the web address shown on the weblogs on the webserver if there is such a thing.

I use the office pc, to check in during the day, I claim it is to take a break from dealing with customers all day! no doubt I will get caught one day.
