I've recently had "needed surgery" which was bad enough but would you willingly go under the knife to get the "perfect vagina" I know I wouldn't!

Yes I would but only because mine gives me physical problems. I've got over how it looks nowadays because I've seen so many that look similar (I used to think I was the only one with an outy

Mine is still in very good condition for the 33 years i have been using it 
Even after having 2 children naturally my pelvic muscles are still tight and hubby and the guy we play with says that it still drives them crazy when i tighten them during sex I wouldn't consider surgery for the appearance but if it was a medical reason then would possibly!
