I love to find something different about a person. Maybe an unusual accent, cultural experiences, even scars make a person uniquely interesting.
I suppose a lot of what is attractive is what will compliment or balance our own attributes. I'm non-pushy in clubs, so someone hanging back making eye-contact isn't much use to me. So for me, a person who comes up and says hi, without being pushy of course, is more attractive to me than someone who acts like I do.

-Wants similar things from the meet that you do,
-Has an understanding of what you want, and vice versa and is positively turned on by those things.
-Is respectful, honest and discreet
-can laugh at themselves
-and who can look you in the eye after a meet and still view you, and you them, as the same person who you met before you swung together.
-is mentally tuned into your sexual wavelength. (kind of like point 2 I know, but this is more during the action, than before or after...)
-smiles.
