What is the truth about tantric sex?
Celebrities make sure they say they are doing it...
Television shows often talk about it, but never go into any real detail.
The information available on the web is inconsistent and partial.
And, there are plenty of 'hands on' seminars that claim to teach you how to keep climaxing for hours.
I wonder,  what is really true about this? Have you ever practiced tantric sex for real? If so, what is it really?
Please, share.
Hey, welcome to the Forum.
I have no idea dunno Sorry!
But it somehow seems very much a faddy type thing... although I'm happy to be disabused of that notion by tantric experts! wink
Back in 1980 I met an Indian lady who taught me Yoni massage, which part of the tannic system. It was first used in the harems of Indian.
She told me I was passable. However it is possible to maintain repeated orgasms using this method, and is more than fingering the lady.
Yes, there is a lot on the internet, some of it does not agree with what I was taught. Who is right? Play around, have fun and see what you and your partner like.

You will find a lot of variation in anything 'tantric', having done quite a bit of yoga in my younger days I know tantra simply means method or type of system.
Tantric sex is not from one school of thinking but rather a particular gurus accumulation of ideas and methods for combining sexuality into the search for spiritual enlightenment and channeling of the divine energy.
Personally I would rather just have a good fuck and then meditate on it afterwards (eyes closed and in the shower) :lol2:
The one plus for guys is with practice you can reach orgasm without ejaculating allowing you to maintain an errection, the downside being after 3 or 4 orgasms, (starting weak and building in intensity) your cock feels like a bundle of raw nerves for quite a while!

The ladies flower arranging class the next day might wonder why the floor was sticky though.
I am no expert. I have no training in sex, tantric or otherwise. From what I have read of tantric sex it strikes me as a simple approach to sex that isnt primarily focused on gentials. I am all in favour of that tbh.
Tantrum sex is all about being really REALLY considerate to your partner and, as Ben said, not being centered on only the genitals. Maybe starting with doing the wasing up or hoovering and maybe then moving on to using the wallet finishing with, and this is the difficult bit,
"You've had your orgasm's and fun darling please don't think I need to do the same. "I'm happy just to make you a drink and get on with doing those DIY jobs I've been putting off for years"
As for Yogurt sex? Thats great if you don't want to do things in a thrush smile
Lmao off at frasers...Personally I would rather just have a good fuck and then meditate on it afterwards (eyes closed and in the shower)
What I gather from the discussion so far is that Tantric Sex is not just a fad, but almost a series of techniques and activities (e.g. massages, breathing, positions, meditation, ...) emanating from some kind of philosophy.
Of course, these only become useful if they do it for you and if they actually work!
Here, more than ever, practice makes perfect smile
Has anyone attended a "hands on" workshop in this country? Anything you could recommend?
