Seeing Pololady's sig reminded me of last weekend. I went off to the Notts munch leaving my house and cats in the capable hands of my 16 year old ( ) and I allowed him to have a few mates over for a movie fest ( the porn was safely locked away I hasten to add wink ) He was warned that certain rooms were strictly out of bounds and to leave my house as clean and tidy as it was when I left.
I came home to find there was nothing broken, he'd done all the washing up and even emptied the bins ( no doubt to hide the empty 'pop' bottles rolleyes ) He'd even polished my laminate flooring................ with Mr Sheen
Even more disturbing was the fact that nearly all my spoons have vanished ! WTF ????? blink Is one of his mates a spoon collecting klepto?? Is this a new fetish that I know nothing about??
So, it's official ! THERE IS NO SPOON !
Ahh the things teenage boys get up to with spoons. (warmed of course redface )
I always keep a spare set hidden for just such an eventuality
my lad has a habit of chucking themm in the bin with his empty yogurt pot

I dont think an open forum is the best place
Maybe he's starting up a spoon band and need them for practice !
I've got some spare ones left over from xmas if that's any help. They come in packs of 100 , nice shade of white and are only 87p from a local wholesaler. P&P free !

Oh come you know.
I was never that good, I could only manage a teaspoon but I once managed a desert spoon. But I had a mate who could always use a wooden spoon. Honest. I don't know how he did it.

It was great to finally meet you and not sure spoons were part of the conversation but think we were heading more towards a good fork or two redface
