Anthropomorphic personification - why you want to say it sober let alone drunk, I dunno, but just you try to say it! flipa

That wheezie is a nice intelligent bloke - why you want to say it sober let alone drunk, I dunno, but just you try to say it
The question is, you wheezy MCB, do you know what it means and can you give a vaguely co-herent and pertinant definition of "anthropomorphic personification"? And you can't cheat and check your dictionary either - cos if you do, you'll have to give me the literary referece for where the phrase comes from! :flipa:
No
This week I am mostly trying to reply to threads is a reaseonably sensibly manner lol

Would you ( and everyone else watching this ) want me to define it now?

No pleasing some, is there? Here I am trying to expand the horizons of people's knowledge ( for MCB those horizons are pretty claustrophobic - BTW is that another tricky word to verbalise when Brahms? )

Then I will have to whistle up the original example for an anthropomorphic personification that I though of just to deal with tidying up this mess

Will you two get a room rolleyes

C'mon Dawn, what's the matter? Just because at nearly 3am, after a few + drinks, I can procrastinate to an overly verbose degree, orating perfectly, as well as typing some words impertinant to any previously leading theme, and as MCB doubts the veracity of of my statements - despite the fact that he should be in possesion of the knowledge that when I am serious in a matter, then I would not fabricate information - I am of the opinion that it is only in a sense of justice and fair play that I can challenge him to rebutt what I say, and any failiure to do so after a resonable piece of chronological framework ( despite not having bi-laterally agreed upon a mutually satisfactorily framework of aforementioned chronology ) then it would be only fair for me to say that he is a cad, a scoundrel and a renegade, for creating a challenge and walking away when an opponent of superior levels of excellence ( if you could pardon my own bombast ) walks up and accedes to the challenge!
At this point in proceedings, I am of the opinion that an unhappy illegitamate ( in vernacular, if not actually in potentia, unless haebeus corpus has already been called and the veracity of that epithet proven or disproved ) feline has failed to respect his own challenge, and furthermore, will henceforth fail to do so, and in keeping with the only course of consequences that are open to my humble self, I would hoppe it fair that I declare myself superior to him.
Furthermore, Dawn.....don't you wish you'd let sleeping dogs lie? lol
