climb everest, circumnavigate the globe?but what about stuff that is accessible to most of us with some effort.i'll start the post with -----
i would love to be able to say that i had run with the bulls in pampolona,or ridden in the tt races, though i have ridden the route.
over to you
Everest is to cold, been around the world, never did feel like racing. It's the small things that I let slip by. Loads little things; spending more time with a few people. Making love in that swimming pool. Learning to stop the motorbike before I went for a ride, that would have been a good idea. Discovering parties sooner.
I would have loved to have worked in another country, or international volunteering - perhaps emigrated...
I wish I'd kept up my horse riding after I had the accident. Exams and uni kinda got in the way.
I also wish I'd had singing lessons; I would love to be able to hold a tune.
I'd love to do more travelling, but I'm working on that.
And then don't get me started on the many mistakes I've made when it comes to men... there are definitely a couple who will always be the ones that got away
But I wouldn't be me if I hadn't got a few regrets and made a few mistakes!
Can't say I've any real regrets. Like everyone I'd imagine perhaps I shouldn't have fallen in love so easily the first time, but that's about it. Things out of my control however, I wish I'd had the chance to grow up karting as a kid and perhaps have a career as a driver instead of building the things and watching someone else have all the fun. Corny as is is as well, I wish I was 10 years older so I could have had more time with the old dear before she went downhill.
