This is a really sad day for SH.
When people like Bluexxx and mal hang up their modding hats it is a sign that all faith and hope may be lost for what was once such a fantastic place!!
Bluexxx was my mentor and is a true legend, i am soooo sorry that things have gone this way, i am, for those that know my style a complete piss taker and love to have a bit of a laugh but after hearing this news i am very saddened and disapointed.
Thanks guys, you did a great job on the old SH and have fought valiantly to keep things great under difficult circumstances, the fact that you have demodded speaks volumes!!
A very sad day for SHeaven.

Well said :thumbup: but it's not the end of anything, just a new chapter :P Some will get more of what they came here for, others far less. Some will stay and some will go. I am staying here for the time being.... you can work out why for yourselves wink

Can we also thank all the men (and women lol

) without hats. It is unfortunate that things have gone the way that they have. All the mods kept the forum in order - an order that everyone new and generally respected. It was that order that made the SH community what it was.
It is also a shame that no-one likes change. That does not mean that we condone any of the changes that have taken place. We too, do not like change. We are great believers in "if it ain't broken........ don't fix it!!"
But, alas, there does seem to have been too much of a change over too short a period of time to be considered a comfortable change. We shall continue to pop our heads in from time to time to see what's going on. We weren't prominent forumites before, and that is unlikely to change, be it here, or anywhere else.
To all of you that we know, and that know us, let's hope that we see each other around sometime. To those that we don't, and that don't know us, best wishes.

I think it's fair to say that we appreciate all the thank you's for time served.
We aren't leaving the site, it's just no longer compatible to our ideals to mod it. If that makes sense.
this is just me
There is an opportuntiy here for the site to really move forward, I hope that it does, it just won't be the place I would like it to be.
Life is like that, things change constantly, I just think I would be happier as a member and not a mod.
There is NO conspirancy I promise, it is just about how people feel.
If anyone wants a full discourse on the conspriracy subject, then I will happily provide it via pm.

I just want to say thanks for all your efforts in keeping SH sane. I do hope we will continue to "see" you on the site and, if you're up in Cumbria give me a call.
