Nicht wahr?Munich's my favourite city in Germany, so to those bi-couples who are vaguely interested, all I can say is "go for it" - it'll be the best city-break you can get in Europe! And that's apart from any other fun and games that you get up to.
No! Berlin has to be the place to be. I used to live too close to Munich to enjoy it anymore. Mind you, different Landt - Baden-Wuerttemberg - so not so close! Still, Berlin does it for me..
Ahh, I know those places well. Munich is a regular for me, I try to get there at least once a year. Love the place.
Baden-Wuerttemberg - my cousin was born and bred in Stuttgart, so been there, seen it done it, and still couldn't understand the locals :lol: Only "vanilla flavoured" visits though.
However, my cousin moved to Berlin a few years ago, so visited him there a few times. It'll be a great city once the tower cranes are packed away and the reconstruction work is finished. Had some great times at the PC Paerchenklub in Berlin too.
Thirdly, give Cologne and the Rheinland a bash! Some nice places there and zillions of swingers clubs to keep your minds off the industrial landscape that surrounds you.
So where else in Deutschland is worthy of note? For the numbers of people who might want to visit "somewhere sexy" in between football matches later in the year, this could prove to be an interesting thread.
