Of course he would have been connected through his umbilicus to his mother's placenta, but depending on the way the cord is cut and tied is how you get your belly button shape, size etc.
Incidentally, have you ever seen a belly button on a dog or cat? No of course not, but they do have one, although they appear flat as a small scar due to the way their mother bites it off at the base.
Possibly same with AH. Maybe his was cut off flat against his skin and not left with a stump sporting a large yellow plastic peg on it till it dropped off :shock: :eeek: :lol2:

Number 24 may well be true because the unbilicus is not classed as a body part.
It's the same with blood donations. Hospitals sell it to each other and this is a very well known and publicised fact.
