noooo!although the whole bag may not be particularly big, the trick is (might) be to contain entire mail genitalia when flacid, and adjust the draw-string nice and tight. Things may become a tad compact in there!
Should there be any arousal following this proceedure... well, it could, for some be a pleasurable experience.
