Hi, it seems to me that there is a major shortage in under 35s in London. I travel a fair ammount and over the years have met some lovely and very attractive 20somethings but it seems there's no such community inside the M25.
Am I just imagining this or should into look into moving up north until I hit 40 smile
:welcome: to the Cafe.
You carry on looking for the younger (less experienced) people....
.... it'll mean more fun for all us over 35's ;-)
redface I didn't mean to offend at all. I'm well aware that age brings experience and am appreciative. My point here is not to discriminate but rather that there seems to be a lack of a young community in London.
Common sense suggests that older men and women are more likely to be sure of themselves and explore their sexuality through sites like SH but as I mentioned, outside of the M25 this doesn't seem to be an issue. Is there anything wrong with wanting to meet women my own age group from time to time? Does anybody have any constructive comments for me?
I can't help you either but I see nothing wrong at all in you wanting to stick to a certain age group, it is your choice afterall.

wave There are some under 35's. Your just not looking in the right places wink
I dont know if you use the chatrooms, but they are a great way of finding like minded, similar aged people to meet.
Attending socials are a great way to meet people too. Theres one next week ( link below) not sure how many are under 35 but its worth going just to meet new people and possibly make some contacts and friends and maybe you'll see some under or just over 35's that you would like to get to know better. Good luck

Thanks Louise, that sounds like a plan. I think I'm around that weekend so I'll check it out.
Seems that sometimes, being under 35, is considered a crime on here
It's also a shame that some people who are over 35 (or so) take offence if you're only looking for people within your own age range. I've noticed ads asking for people only *over 35/40 also... so it really is a case of each to their own (as it should be in swinging, thank goodness - I don't know about anyone else but I can't help who I find attractive!! And some things just don't do it for me!)
On the other hand, there are some of us about! biggrin
When we lived in London we found it hard to find anyone local to us, let alone what we were after.. you just need to be patient I guess and keep looking.
Good luck!!

No offence taken, and none intended in return. Just my way of welcoming you to the maddest place* on earth. ;-)
Mind you, I think you'll find that although there are some people on here who have a preferred age range, there are far more (me and the wife included) who tend to take people on face value. There's nothing as attractive as a great personality.
* Probably

 When? what? where?.... I've never ever seen anyone being victimised on here for their age, ever.
I'm not aware of anyone taking offence, it's best to be honest and you are right in saying each one to their own. lol
Thanks all, yes I guess as with all things patience is key. It's good to know that there's such a good community here on the forum who I can share my pains with - cheers for welcoming me to the madhouse CU3 biggrin
